Unfortunately, the hotel didn't live up to its advertising. The rooms were cramped and the air conditioning was barely functional, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The shower was also broken, so I had to use the hot water only. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed with my stay.

The hotel itself was massive, but the room we got was tiny and lacked any real comfort. On the other hand, the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. We were only staying for one night before heading off to Con Dao, so it was a decent stopover.

The hotel's spacious rooms and cleanliness were definite positives, but the lack of amenities and services was a bit of a letdown. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it felt like they were missing some key features that would have made our stay more enjoyable.

The room was a letdown - it was dirty and the air conditioning didn't work properly, making it feel like a sauna. To make matters worse, the hot and cold water faucets were broken, so I couldn't even get a decent shower. It was a pretty terrible experience.

The staff were super friendly and the value for money was great, but I wish they spoke a bit more English so I could communicate properly. I had to rely on gestures and simple phrases to get by.
