The property itself was clean and well kept, but the rooms were not properly cleaned, dust covered the furniture and shower, and the light grounding felt dangerous.

The location was great in every way, the grounds were large, tidy, and quieter than the area outside the hotel walls, and the breakfast was tasty and varied; a bonus was being able to order menu items and request a mild version. The staff were friendly and tried to accommodate questions and requests within their limits, and the place felt safe. However, I’ve stayed here multiple times in different rooms, and the rooms vary in modernity—some are newly updated while others are very old and in disrepair. Towels appeared white but were actually gray with stains (though they were swapped when asked). Also, during colder periods there is no heating and the radiators barely keep up, so expect the room to be cold and damp, with the bedding remaining wet even when wearing thermal underwear.
