Absolutely nothing. - bathroom unclean - Sketchy ash - Interior of elevator was damaged and extremely dirty - Whole 3rd floor????? Showed signs of breaking and entering and were caution taped - lots of people smoking in buildings - Stains on bed - Foul smell on 3rd and 4th floor - Uncomfortable and unsafe - Extremely loud after 12am - Noticeable stains in hallway carpet - Large groups loitering on hotel property

I always enjoy my stay. The staff are consistently helpful and professional, even recognizing me by name when I first walk in. I’m about to book another stay. The only downside: no coffee.

The front desk staff were helpful. During my 14‑night stay, the fire alarm sounded at 4 am twice, forcing evacuation both times. The outside temperature was in the low 50s. The rooms were noisy; I could hear activity outside and upstairs residents. The washer/dryers were broken during my first 8 nights. The hotel did not look like the pictures on the web, so I won’t stay there again.

I liked my visit; it was a nice experience and I’m looking forward to coming back. The staff were professional and friendly, but I wish they had offered coffee.
