Everything was perfect!!! I’ve booked there seven times over two years and will definitely return; the staff were helpful to talk to and the place was very clean.

The location was great for visiting the falls. The room was roomy, super clean, and comfy, and parking was free. The hotel itself had no bar or restaurant, but there were plenty of nearby amenities, and the included breakfast was adequate.

I liked the room layout and the idea of an indoor pool, but the whole place felt a bit run-down. We had to ask for balcony chairs that were barely holding together, the sliding door to the balcony was jammed and needed maintenance, the floor lamp had broken sharp edges, and the indoor pool was not heated— we went in once and never used it again because it was so cold.

The breakfast was fantastic 👌 and the place was really quiet. I wish there was a lift for luggage and a microwave in the room.
