Everything is perfect at this hotel; I've been coming for a long time and it’s always great. The pool water was a bit cool.

Everything was fine except the breakfast room was hot and had no ventilation. We arrived around 15:00, were told we’d be notified when our room was ready, but that never happened and we had to keep checking the front desk, even though the room had been ready for a while.
