The room works for long‑term stays if you don’t mind the 30‑minute walk to the beach, but it’s ideal for those staying long because shops and markets are nearby. It’s a simple, inexpensive hotel on the 4th line, tucked away from the road. Anyone picking Patong knows where they’re headed. The walk to the sea is far.

The AC and fridge were quiet, and the furniture was plenty, making the room cozy. The water pressure and temperature from the shower tap were good, and there’s a small balcony with a sink. The room stayed quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were excellent. Power outlets were conveniently placed next to the bed and at the desk, with bedside lamps and overhead lighting. Plenty of hooks kept things tidy. The room was spotless. I stayed on the second floor, so there was no elevator. The location was good and the staff were pleasant. Cleaning was daily and they gave two bottles of water each day. The shower was a tap.
