The location is good and the beds were comfortable, yet the building looks old and worn. The room had a stale smell even though we left the window open all night. Breakfast was only available for an hour, but otherwise it was fairly decent. The innkeeper seemed not very hospitable, even a bit rude.

The room was big, but the dining service ended at 18:00 and the breakfast was just a simple spread, and it was too expensive.

The place was quiet, a nice view from the room and free parking. The breakfast spread had beautiful scenery. The hotel needs a facelift and renovation, and a brand makeover wouldn’t hurt. It probably was a motel once, but now it feels more like a motel than a hotel. There were hardly any guests in June–July, only a few. I’m not surprised, the prices are too high for the quality. The room was fine, but the air in the lounge felt stuffy. Breakfast was okay, but the host’s arguing and shouting gave no positive vibe to the guests. If you like a “kasari/kaurismäki” theme, this is for you.
