The surroundings Title: Beautiful surroundings and good service, but poor price‑quality ratio. El Chiflón Posta Pueblo offers a wonderful natural setting and the staff were very kind at all times. However, the overall experience did not match the price paid, which seemed excessively high for the services provided. During our stay we had basic issues, such as running out of hot water before finishing a shower. Additionally, the prices – both for accommodation and the restaurant – are outlandishly high for what is actually offered. It has huge potential due to its location and staff, but they urgently need to adjust the rates or raise the quality of services and infrastructure to justify what they charge.

“Nice stay”

The facilities are quite good but have a rustic feel, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom water isn’t drinkable, so they give bottled water instead, and the Wi‑Fi is spotty.

It’s basically the only place to stop nearby if you’re heading to Ischigualasto and Talampaya. The facilities are very good, the staff are also good, the food is very good, there are games and a pool table, they set up a campfire at night, and they gave us general recommendations. Everything was excellent.
