The hotel’s design is stunning, the rooms are roomy with an extra‑large, ultra‑comfortable bed, and the large terrace offers great seating with a river view; however, the pool steps were a bit slippery and the sun exposure was insufficient, which is my only gripe.

The rooms are spacious, the bedding is very pleasant, and the view is magnificent.

The location was superb and the staff were fantastic; the entire stay felt amazing, with the hotel beautifully decorated like a museum, the owner kindly explaining the history of her curated pieces, and staff going out of their way to arrange activities and transport; the food was delicious and a highlight of our trip, making this an unforgettable experience I’d highly recommend.
