I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel. The facilities were immaculately maintained, which was a definite highlight of my stay. However, I was a bit disappointed when I discovered that the complimentary breakfast was not communicated to the front desk staff, which meant I wasn't informed about it until I had already checked out. Overall, the hotel's cleanliness and amenities were impressive, but the lack of communication regarding the breakfast was a minor letdown.
