The staff were extremely polite and well‑behaved, but they initially tried to assign us a subpar room; after we objected, they eventually gave us a better one.

Loved the overall experience neat room, hygienic washroom, and delicious food. At times the service felt a bit slow, but the staff’s warmth and the stunning balcony sunset easily made up for it
