I booked this hotel because I was traveling from Raichur to Kurnool for an exam and needed a confirmed place to stay. I’m worried that even after booking online, there might be no room available when I arrive for check‑in. Why are rooms shown and accepted for booking if they aren’t actually available? This creates a lot of inconvenience and uncertainty, especially for people traveling from another city for an important exam. I ask the hotel to make sure online bookings reflect real room availability so confirmed guests aren’t left without accommodation upon arrival.
