Excellent value, right at the entrance of Campos do Jordão. The bathroom had a leaking drain, but I’ve been to resorts with that issue before; it happens.

The service from D. Noemia was exceptional, it felt like she’d known us for a long time. The room was spacious and very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Nothing else.

The reception is great and the location is easily accessible. There were only a few power outlets in the room.
