Modern apartment. The beds were fairly firm but completely okay, good communication with the host via the Booking app. A sharp smell in one of the apartments we rented. Breakfast was delivered in a bag outside the door and was not good; the standard in Asia doesn’t seem better. A long walk (about 30 min) to the part of the beach that has restaurants and sunbeds. Transport is almost a must for longer stays. About 10‑15 minutes to the nearest restaurant. Many stray dogs in the area. They didn’t bother us, but it still felt a bit unsettling.

Good location in the second beach zone, a vehicle is needed. It’s quiet, no street noise in the room. Good facilities, rooms very clean. Breakfast is a menu served in the morning, ordered the day before, delivered on time. Always very, very tasty, but Thai! Small problems were dealt with immediately. Cleaning every four days. It was not the landlord’s fault: the property itself was more than dirty, which is rather unusual in Thailand. The pool area was heavily dirty. Cigarettes had been lying around for a week. Barefoot walking was basically impossible.
