The staff were helpful, though the carpet in the room left something to wish for.
“Agradable”
The location was convenient, yet one of the rooms had dampness.
The staff were excellent.
“Relación calidad-precio: muy caro (casi 300€/noche)”
The spot is close to Gran Vía, but the price feels excessive for the simple, small, dark room with no view and a tiny bathroom whose sink sits in the hallway.
“Bien agréable”
The place was very well located, check‑in online was quick, the welcome was friendly, and everyone was very nice.
