Everyone was so warm and welcoming and went to every effort to make us feel comfortable and help us enjoy our stay. Our room had a balcony that felt quite private and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the lake. I think the most frustrating thing was the breakfast instruction leaflet. We spent way too long concerning ourselves over it that ate into our time to enjoy things

The view is stunning; every room faces the lake and the décor is lovely, and the staff are eager to help. The food is also nice. However, the rooms feel cramped, leaving little room for clothes and cases.
