“Excellent location, but could do better on breakfast and screen on the window!”

The reception lady was very friendly and helped me change my reservation to a day earlier without any hassle—thanks! The location is great, close to the center. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, though a bit small, but the shower was good and the beds were excellent. The old house had a lovely charm. However, the room was very hot because there was no air conditioning, so we had to open a window that faced the parking lot, where cars and a motorcycle would arrive, creating noise—though not at night. A school was nearby. After shopping, the temperature improved, but there was no screen on the window, so mosquitoes bit me during the night. Breakfast was simple with limited choices, no fruit, and the coffee was bad. The breakfast area was small. Overall, it was okay for a single stay but not great value for money, a bit disappointing.

The breakfast was good, but I couldn't find the VTM channel on the TV even though there was Al Jazira, which was a huge disappointment for us from Flanders!

The location is great for a city visit in Bruges, just a five‑minute walk to the center. Breakfast is adequate but not very varied. Otherwise, the hotel feels a bit dated and could use a renovation—there is a lot of potential. The rooms and corridors look very dark because of the paint.

“Goed hotel om een stedentrip te doen”

The location is a quarter of an hour from the station and ten minutes to the market square. The beds are good, and the breakfast is fine. Every day the room was cleaned. Overall, a good hotel with friendly staff. The lack of a fixed air conditioner can make the room very hot in summer.
