The only thing I liked was the location. The price was high for what they offer; there were no blinds or curtains to block outside light, every little noise could be heard, and it was not comfortable at all.

The place was well situated, clean, comfortable, and in a fairly safe area close to Gran Vía, about a 20‑minute walk. I recommend it for first‑time visitors to Madrid; the value for money was excellent. A major improvement needed is better communication with guests: they should have a WhatsApp number because many of us are from other countries and calling is costly, and they need to give clearer instructions for entry before check‑in. We found the building but couldn’t get in and weren’t told which floor it was on, so we had to call internationally for an explanation. We had already indicated our arrival time, so ideally they should monitor that through the booking app or chat, but they didn’t respond until we called. Everything else was great.

The place was very clean, central, and Berta, the person in charge of cleaning, was a great person. It was quiet, which is wonderful for resting. Nothing else.

Nothing I liked more. There is no privacy; noise from other rooms can be heard everywhere. Also the room has no toilet, and the hostel has only one shared toilet.

The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable. The room has no street window, only a small opening that faces the reception, so you can hear everyone arriving, staff doing their work, and other noises. At least that should be mentioned.
