“Not handicap friendly and not the greatest customer service.”
There was everything around the hotel when it came to food. There is a 7Eleven across the street. Stayed here because everything else was sold out because of the BTS concert. Is. 15 minute drive to Sofi, Kia Forum and other concert and sports venues. The person that checked me in was rude. When asking simple questions their response was very hostile. They asked for EVERYONES ID. I have traveled all around and stayed both very expensive hotels and cheap hotels and have never been asked for all the people that stay y the room for ID's. Usually is me only since I paid and made the reservation. Another issue was that check out is at 11. It was 10:54 and I was about to walk out of the room to go check out and th phone rang to ask if we were staying another night. Again. Never in my life have I had someone call me before check out time. It was very rude. I would understand if is 11:15 or later. But why call when is not even 11. Also. All the rooms are located on the second and third floor . first floor is parking. Is very ironic that they have handicap parking because they don't have elevators or ramps if someone is on a wheelchair or they are not able to walk without assistance. After finding out they didn't have elevators or ramps I double checked in the hotel description and there is nothing explaining that. There is only one line saying rooms on second floor or something like that. When I asked about if they had elevators to get to our room very rudely was told no. I was knee issues and my room was on the third floor all the way in the back
