The place was clean and comfortable.

Naomi at reception did her best, and thanks to her and her team I enjoyed a good breakfast. But this new hotel isn’t a Hilton in terms of room preparation: one room was 33 °C, another 17 °C, so I had to sleep in my down jacket because it was freezing. Small details were missing too, like a coffee stand without spoons and the like. Don’t launch it until everything meets the standards; I travel a lot and when a place says Hilton I expect a certain quality, and this time I was dissatisfied.
