The hotel sits in a beautiful spot, the pool, the location, the views, and it’s a relaxing place—one of the prettiest I’ve seen in Tuscany, with a view of Montepulciano and a very good price. We arrived very early and they couldn’t accommodate an early check‑in, nor let us store our bags; they were very strict on timing and didn’t offer any help, which was the only place in my month‑long trip through Italy, Hungary, and Germany that didn’t assist us. The room we got was lovely but the farthest away, which wasn’t a problem, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and that was an issue.

“Good stay overall, very close to the town”

Although it isn’t brand new, everything was in good working order. The location is great—just steps from the town gate—and overall the stay was very comfortable. The recommended parking lot was always full, though I did manage to find decent street parking not too far away.

The proximity to the historic center and nearby parking is interesting. Unfortunately, the shared entrance with the restaurant’s outdoor space feels unwelcoming.

“Good value for money. Good location. I’d stay here again, especially if arriving by bus.”

The location was a few meters from the bus stop, making it easy to haul luggage over; it was also close to the main city entrance so I could shop, drop off purchases, and then do whatever I wanted. The doors/locks took some fumbling to open.

“ottimo punto di appoggio per la visita della città”

The central location is just a few steps from the historic center, and there are many free parking spots nearby. The room was clean and the staff were kind. Because it sits above a restaurant, there’s some noise during service, as the room isn’t fully sound‑proof.
