The location is great, right across from the ski lift, and the food is fantastic; we took advantage of the half‑breakfast. I would have liked a bathrobe and towels for the sauna in the room.

This is the best hotel in Schladming in terms of value for money; we’ve been coming for two years and are constantly impressed. It’s in the very center, a few steps from the train to Planai; the sommercard is always available with many free attractions for the whole family. The food is superb, varied, and suitable for any diet; there’s plenty of treats for the kids, a playroom, an outdoor pool, and a sauna. For me it’s a blast, I recommend it wholeheartedly. The reception can sometimes be “difficult” to deal with, but otherwise everything is a plus, so you can overlook that.

There’s a wide range of food and variety at the buffet, the staff is nice and quick, and the hotel’s location is excellent. I would have appreciated a larger selection of fruit and other produce at the buffet.
