The guest's initial experience was marred by a poor reception, an unclean and disorganized environment, and a room that failed to meet their expectations. The space was cramped, poorly ventilated, and lacked basic amenities, making it an unpleasant and unsettling stay. The guest ultimately chose to seek alternative accommodations for a peaceful night's rest.

Samenvatting van deze beoordeling
The guest's stay was marked by a comfortable and spacious bed, but unfortunately, it was marred by a significant mosquito problem, suggesting that guests should consider bringing insect repellent or a device to alleviate the issue.

Unfortunately, our stay at the Alencar Pousada was marred by several issues, including a poorly maintained bathroom and uncomfortable beds. The reception was also unhelpful, and the owner's lack of clarity regarding pet policies caused unnecessary stress. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations.
