The staff were friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, and they even let you make coffee for free.

My stay was somewhat disappointing due to the air conditioning not being cold enough.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made my stay pleasant. However, I had to share the iron with other guests and ironing outside my room was a bit inconvenient; I wish they provided an iron in every room, especially since I've stayed in cheaper hotels with this amenity before.
