“Gorgeous rooms, boutique stay, lovely breakfast”
The shared areas and our private room had a stunning modern Japanese feel, and the spot was perfect for exploring Kiyomizu and wandering around.

I liked everything; the hotel feels very family‑friendly, and the location is unbeatable – you can walk to Gion.

Very central in the temple area, and the train station isn’t far either. Thanks to the staff who kept our luggage safe until the evening after check‑out. Breakfast offered spreads but no bread, which was oddly strange.

Breakfast was lovely, but the place was dirty.
