The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room felt cozy, but the large windows were a downside because there were no sheer curtains, so I had to keep the first‑floor blinds shut. I could hear people talking in the hallway at 2:30 am and kitchen noise at 3:45 am, and the hot tub that I was eager to use was broken after a long day of travel.
