اخذو مني 100 ريال زياده على قيمه الحجز بالبوكينغ لاني وصلت مبكرا للعلم الغرفه كانت فاضيه وباب الحمام اذا انقفل ماينفتح طلبت مناديل وادوات نظافه لم يلبو طلبي

“They cancel the reservation and keep the commission for themselves”

The only bright spot was the driver Sam who picked me up from the hotel to the parking lot. The staff acted like thieves, canceling our reservation to collect their own commission. When I confronted them, an employee was confused, claimed it wasn’t intentional, and blamed someone else. They treated us poorly, denied entry, and refused to store our luggage. Yet once they heard about our experience with the hotel shops and reservations, their attitude shifted completely.

“جيده”

The stay was comfortable, the apartment clean and tidy, services available, and the place quiet. However, there were no buses nearby the Haram, parking was tight, and the street was narrow.
