I was staying here because I had something at the National Stadium, and it worked out fine. The train ride was hot, but the hotel is only about a 20‑minute walk from the station, so the distance was no problem; the station is close and the staff were friendly. It was also handy that there were plenty of convenience stores nearby, and as other guests mentioned, the room was perfectly comfortable if you just want to sleep.

“Never go here. Apa Hotel is so close and totally a different experience.”

It was in the area we needed. I booked two rooms, but upon arrival I was told one was a smoking room, which I had never booked—completely false. They claimed those were the only rooms left, implying they had given one of mine to another guest. The night was unbearably noisy: shouting, screaming, doors slamming, and more yelling from young adults in and out of the lift at 4 am. We asked the youngsters to be quiet, only to be laughed at.

I loved the cool vibe. The room was spacious and the bathroom was amazing! However, our room smelled like mildew, making it hard to avoid the scent of a wet basement.

It was nice to see a vending machine at the front desk, but I was disappointed that there were no feminine toiletries, especially sanitary products, which made the place feel like it catered only to gay men. The atmosphere seemed to suggest women weren’t welcome, even though you can still book a room as a woman.

Usually motels give off a cigarette or moldy carpet scent, but this one was spotless; they installed tile floors and steel doors, eliminating the odor that old wooden doors can carry. It’s very clean and organized, and while the online rate is higher than the walk‑in price, it’s still cheaper than any hotel offering that kind of space and location.
