“Excellent most comfortable stay in Italy”

This was our best accom in Italy. The host was so responsive to our needs and has an amazing customer focus. Location was excellent as was the apartment. Everything was A+

Location was fantastic right in the city center. Our time was cut short due to Etna eruptions and the host was eager to have us spend an extra day to compensate for the lost day. The sentiment was appreciated though we had to leave on time. She made us a yummy welcome treat which was comforting esp. after all the Etna drama. Big spacious apartment with a lot of amenities. Would have loved to stay longer. One of the few places in Sicily with an elevator which was great for trips with luggage. Some street noise at night but it is the price to pay if you want to be in the center of everything. Many layers of window coverings however, to keep it dark at night

Very good central location, with many nice cafes and restaurants around. Very comfortable beds and powerful ACs in each room. No noise despite being on the main street in Ortigia. The apartment was clean, and the staff took out the trash every day and provided water. The hostess also allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time and picked us up from the train station. We enjoyed our stay here!. There was a bit of mold in the shower. Sometimes the AC smelled funny if the fan ran without cooling
