The spot was great, right by the sea, and I got a room with a view. The owner helped us snag a parking spot just a 5‑minute walk away. The staircase was a bit of a hassle, but that's expected in St Ives. There’s no breakfast, but that’s clear before you arrive. A small fridge in the room would have been nice.

We loved the location—less than a minute from the beach with a stunning view of the harbor and sea. Ken, our host, was super friendly, polite, and helpful. The room and house were small (shower, ceiling, etc.), but as a couple standing 1.80 m and 1.87 m we didn’t mind; it made the place feel cozy and cute. Definitely recommend!

Ken was a great host, and helped facilitate my request of having flowers in the room! The location is excellent, the room is beautiful, with an amazing view of the harbour. Highly recommend for a short stay. Only issue I can think of it that parking is difficult but that is well known in St Ives. We ended up in a car park that had spaces but also cost £20 a day (separate to this guest house)
