Almost a shopping mall; the staff were very helpful and quick to respond, especially the front office, and the dobi & dryer facilities are free.

Everything was fine. Compared with other places we stayed at in Indonesia, the price‑to‑value ratio seemed high and the room was rather tiny.

The whole place was quiet, the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and it was close to most attractions.
