Its closeness to the beach and eateries is a plus, and there are no other large buildings nearby. When a power outage happened, they quickly supplied flashlights and glow sticks. We liked everything.

The apartments are fully equipped for living, with a kitchen, washing machine, iron, a wide range of dishes and cutlery, and the parking is shaded and spacious. Soundproofing is poor, the reception closes very early and is completely closed two days a week.

The bathtubs were dirty and didn’t drain properly, and roaches were found in the kitchen.

The location is a major advantage, close to several beautiful beaches and convenient for exploring Maui. The room was well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, and free on‑site parking was a plus. However, cleanliness was far below expectations, with various insects—including cockroaches—present, broken window screens that let insects in, and a shower that didn’t work properly. The property clearly needs better pest control and maintenance. Another drawback is the lack of a reception; for anything you need, you must call the sister property, which makes assistance less convenient.
