I appreciated the traditional room—it was clean and tidy. The front desk let us leave our luggage there after checkout while we went hiking.

A huge supermarket behind the railway station stocked everything you could need. The view of Mount Fuji from our room would have been spectacular, but low‑lying clouds obscured it.
