The hotel’s equipment was excellent, with an outdoor pool, gym, and a stunning rooftop all free. The staff—especially Siba, Sara, and Samer—were very helpful and attentive. Thanks for everything! I highly recommend this place.

This place felt like a dream. It was beautiful, new, super clean, and better than the photos. The Achrafieh location was calm, safe, clean, and close to everything. The staff were the real highlight; they felt like family. Each day we’d chat before I left and again when I returned, laughing, drinking coffee, and just being there. Even on days I stayed in my room, they’d call and ask, “Where are you? Need anything? Come down for coffee.” Their kindness, humor, generosity, and care made me feel safe, comfortable, respected, and genuinely happy the whole time. I was genuinely sad when my trip ended. I’ll never forget Kanaan, Salem, Sarkis, Samer, Ahmad H, Peter, and Sarah—they made my stay unforgettable, and I can’t imagine returning to Lebanon and staying anywhere else.
