The property offers a great view and the staff are lovely, but the noise isolation is non-existent.

This is the best hotel in Stepanakert for value. The rooms with balconies have a stunning view of Kazbek and the church, nothing blocks it. There's also a great common terrace with the same view. Everything is clean, cozy, the room has a fridge, and they offer very good breakfasts.
