I really liked the hotel! First of all, the location is great—just a stone's throw from Nizami Street and the Old City. We could walk to many attractions, which was very convenient. The free airport transfer was a big plus. Water was delivered to the room daily, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We’ll definitely come back! The only downside was the standard check‑in time of 14:00. Since our flight landed at 03:00, we had to book an extra day to check in right after arrival. Other than that, everything was fine.

The location is fantastic, close to the spots where I had to meet tour groups. The hotel has two flights of stairs to the lobby, and although the stairs look a bit daunting, the interior is nice. The hotel advertises that there is no elevator, so stairs were fine for me, but others with heavy luggage might have trouble.

The hotel’s location was great, within walking distance of most places on a central street, and the noise didn’t bother us. The hotel was very clean, and the room was cleaned throughout my stay. The airport shuttle was a first for anyone going to Baku, which was a big plus. The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel was comfortable and well‑located, but the staff gave us terrible service. We booked it for an elderly parent, and the staff rudely demanded extra payment during a 10‑minute visit by a niece who came to drop off a package. It was very rude and ruined the stay. The location and facilities are fine.
