I was blown away by the staff, the sheets were super comfy, the bathroom was spot‑on, and the AC/heat worked perfectly; breakfast had a huge spread. The hotel isn’t in the city centre, yet there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, and parking didn’t pose any issue. The only downside was that we only stayed for one night, but the hotel was fantastic and the city of Ezerum has a great vibe.

We were driving, so Noem was our choice: great transport accessibility, ability to park a car, 15 minutes walking to the historic center. The staff had good English, helped with luggage and car parking. The room was good, soundproofing excellent, beds were good, and we slept wonderfully.

The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were bright and cozy, and the breakfast was generous. Parking was a bit tricky – it wasn’t clear who could park in front of the hotel and who couldn’t – but the staff were ready to help.
