The hotel is close to Universal, about a 10‑minute walk on a pleasant pedestrian promenade or you can take a boat that also drops you there; fast passes are included. The price is high.

We loved how gorgeous the hotel is, with a beautiful pool and spacious, comfortable rooms, and the included fast‑pass for two Universal parks was a great perk; the parks (except Epic Universe) are just a ten‑minute walk or a short boat ride away, the gym is nice and there’s a small supermarket that stocks everything you need. Nothing to complain about – everything was perfect.

The hotel is close to the parks and the rooms are clean and tidy. However, the food options are limited, so we had to order from Uber Eats.

The location was great, within walking distance to Universal Studios and the Islands of Adventure Shuttle bus to Universal Epic, and a water taxi to the other parks; the place was clean and well maintained, staff were very nice and kind, and it was very convenient to store luggage, receive park tickets and express passes and then head straight to the parks. For the price they charge, they could afford to offer complimentary breakfast and not charge $4.5 for the washing machine.
