Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful, especially MR Mostafa. The hotel is clean with many gardens, the food is good and varied, the room is wide and clean, and the aquapark is amazing. The sea is sandy but lacks fish. Drinking water is bad—I think it comes from the tap. The distance between the hotel and the sea or aquapark is so long, and the bus runs every hour; if you miss it, you’ll have to walk a long way.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The accommodation and service were great, the place is super clean, and the hotel offers a comfortable stay with an exceptional view. Nothing to add.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The hotel was very good, and I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Mostafa and the entire reception team. They were very friendly, helpful, and professional.
