The mattresses were comfortable. The shower head was clogged, the air‑conditioner didn’t work, the TV had no remote, the elevators were closed from 20:00 to 08:00, and the sliding door had a broken latch that anyone could open.

The setting is breathtaking; we returned after ten years, recalling that the conference‑room renovations were still unfinished back then. It’s a pity the pool isn’t open, though the view of it from our rooms is lovely. No issues to report.
