The location (direct bus line to downtown Seattle) and secure parking. Poor sound insulation between rooms (back building).

There were plenty of facilities, the stay was comfortable, private, and safe; the room was large with good amenities and the security was very secure.

Parking was close to the room, but the bed felt uncomfortable.

The staff were cool, they had a BBQ on the holiday, they were friendly and communicated well, but the bed was a bit soft and could have been firmer.
