The staff were kind, always present and helpful, and the laundry service was excellent. Breakfast was not ready for non‑Indonesian tourists; we tried it on the first day and they asked us 10€ in total (a robbery for local prices) for a scandalous offer. The rooms were not sound‑proofed and were adjoining, so you could hear whatever your neighbors said at night, usually not quiet. Prayer times from various mosques started at 4.30 am, so you should expect loud chants as if they were in your room. In short, you can’t sleep in this hotel. There is no way to open the window.

The beds were very comfortable! The shower was good. It’s not far from Malioboro street. The staff greet you warmly every day 😊. The bathroom door and the doorknobs (between two rooms / family room) are due for replacement.

The spot’s spotty, but the breakfast was solid and the staff were friendly and polite. The room was a bit small, yet it was clean and tidy.
