The hotel is located close to the market and many tourist attractions, and there are plenty of good places to eat nearby. Getting there from the train station is easy, the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and the room décor is very atmospheric.

I loved the staff, especially Natalie who was very sweet and helpful. The location is great and the room is beautifully presented with a massive, comfortable bed and pillows.

I loved this place! It’s super central, so you can walk everywhere. The interior design is really cool and unique, and the whole place looks freshly renovated. The coffee machine is great. The renovation and design do a great job of raising the hotel’s rating, but I didn’t like the staff. They didn’t offer any advice and just stood there pretending not to understand what I was saying. I had mixed feelings about our stay. The staff felt a bit indifferent—it was my birthday, and they didn’t even acknowledge it at check‑in, which felt cold for a boutique hotel. Breakfast gets hyped up in reviews, but portions are way too small if you have a big appetite. Also, Wi‑Fi doesn’t reach the bathroom at all, so no music while showering. To top it off, the towel warmer was dusty and ended up staining my clothes when I hung them up.

The location is near the center of Olomouc. Overall, the experience was horrible. The hotel is next to a nonstop bar, so there was noise until 6 am that made it impossible to sleep. The only air‑conditioning in the room was a portable unit that was extremely loud. The hotel seems to be playing a game it has no right to play.
