The staff were attentive and kept everything clean. The location didn’t suit me very well; it’s convenient because it’s close to the train station and has good shopping around, but at night it didn’t feel very safe and wasn’t close to the places I wanted to visit.

The location is very convenient near the main train station, yet it’s not as noisy as one might fear. Check‑in was quick and hassle‑free thanks to the friendly staff. For a longer stay I might look for a slightly larger place, but two nights were perfectly adequate and cheaper than other Milan hotels.

Thanks to Lina, who spoke Chinese, for the great restaurant recommendations. On my first night in Italy I was jet‑lagged, so after lunch I slept nearly 12 hours and felt refreshed. The accommodation was fine – highly recommended. I forgot to ask how to use the coffee machine.
