The accommodation was great, with an open terrace right by the pool 😍. Nothing to complain about.

Finding it was easy, and there’s a private parking lot on site. The room was new and clean, and the air‑conditioning worked. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room above caused poor sound insulation. Odors rose from the bathroom, and the breakfast was minimalistic, matching the décor. The reception felt impersonal, even though the host used a language translator. No recommendations were given for nearby beaches or restaurants.

The location was spot‑on—far from the busy marina area but still close, just a 5‑minute drive away. The brioche and granita served at breakfast were simply amazing! The only downside was the mattress; everything else was perfect.

The building is newly constructed, welcoming, tidy, and very clean. The pool is fantastic. The bed was too low and the mattress uncomfortable. A group of guests was somewhat intrusive, monopolising the common areas.

We appreciated the husband’s kindness and helpfulness; he went out of his way to pick up groceries for our breakfast and dropped them off at the marina. He also woke up very early to serve us brioche for breakfast. The pool and the bathroom quality were great. We were less pleased with his wife’s stressful welcome, the instant bank transfer that triggered a booking alert, the mattress being smaller than the frame which made sleeping uncomfortable, and the noise from other occupants.
