The hotel's location was perfect, and the rate was a steal. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the real issue was with the online booking system. Apparently, The Sky Comfort is the third party managing the bookings, and they cancelled my reservation without even sending a message or email. It was a bit of a hassle to get it sorted out, but the hotel itself was great.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by some pretty terrible cleaning and service. The hotel seemed to be lacking in just about every area, and I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated.

The hotel's interior was definitely a highlight - it was modern and stylish, and really added to the overall atmosphere. However, the staff were a different story altogether. We had some issues with our room, and when we asked them to clean it, they seemed to forget. It was a bit of a mess, and we were left feeling like we'd been miscommunicated with.

The location of this hotel was actually pretty good for visiting the temple, but that's where the positives end. The staff were completely incompetent, with poor communication and a complete lack of customer satisfaction. I was shocked by how argumentative they were, and it really made my stay unpleasant.
