“Disappointing but great staff.”
The staff were amazing, very flexible and accommodating to our requests. Breakfast offered good value for money, and the Powerpoint locations were logical – the first hotel that’s been logical. The train was super loud no matter where your room is, the bedsheets and pillows were stained and very old (the tags literally lost all writing, etc.), the bathroom smelled like mold, the air‑con unit smelled musty and kept turning off. The hallway light turns on automatically, which blinds everyone in the middle of the night when going to the bathroom, and there’s no way to turn that off.
