The bedding was incredible, the rooms were spacious and beautiful, there were plenty of products, even a mouthwash, everything was high quality, water bottles were provided daily, and the staff were super attentive. I had a health issue and they were very considerate and accommodating. The only downside was a slight lack of soundproofing, a little noisy, but it didn’t bother me much.

We had a fantastic stay and were so impressed with the hotel and its staff. I had booked the hotel for our trip, but unbeknown to me, my girlfriend had been in contact with the hotel beforehand to arrange a birthday cake and organise an upgrade to the honeymoon suite, complete with rose petals. The staff were incredibly helpful in arranging everything and made it a really special surprise. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The staff helped take our bags up to the room, showed us around and were always happy to help. I had a few lovely conversations with members of the team during our stay, and they really are a credit to the hotel. We also used room service for a few additional items and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning and were very impressed with both the food and service. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well looked after throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to others

The reception staff were helpful and there were plenty of room options for a large family group. However, there was no communal area, the breakfast service was lacking, and the food choices were poor.

“Facilities don't match the price of the rooms.”

The staff were helpful in fixing the issues with our room and the view of the river was nice. We booked a room with a garden view but ended up in a basement room that looked at a wall. We were told there were no more rooms available unless we paid extra, but then they had to move us because there was a terrible smell inside our room (to a similar room, that after all was available). The hotel is very overpriced for its facilities and location.
