Everything was perfect for a hotel of this level, and there was nothing negative to mention.

The reception staff were extremely welcoming, the meals were delicious and the breakfast selection was outstanding; however, the room on the third floor was a bit small, though it was set up very practically.

Staff members were incredibly friendly and went out of their way for us, the property was spotless, and the combined guest pass let us ride buses, cable cars and chair lifts without limits; the only drawback was the location at the end of a dead‑end valley, making day trips to other Austrian regions a long drive of about 2.5 hours each way, often requiring a detour through Germany.
