The staff were very attentive and generous, especially when they offered free pizza because I was paying a high rate; I was very impressed with the owner and staff. The location was a bit far and the path was steep; the accommodation is on a high floor so you have to walk up, which is inconvenient. The building is old and the bathroom isn’t great, and the rooms are very narrow.

The staff were very accommodating and swapped our room on short notice; the breakfast was excellent and the coffee was just as good. The setting is lovely, but the grounds look neglected—gardens overgrown, weeds everywhere, and the signs are so weathered that they’re hard to read. A little extra care would make a big difference. As someone who runs a rural hospitality business, I know how much work it takes to keep outdoor areas tidy, but it’s the small details that guests notice. During our stay we saw several staff on their phones while simple jobs around the property were left undone, which didn’t give the best impression. This place has so much potential if more focus was given to maintaining the grounds.

The vibe was good, staff were friendly, the view was beautiful and the bread was deliciously impressive. But the price didn’t match the accommodation; breakfast only offered a single congee set and coffee. The room should have had a fridge, AC, tea and coffee set, and the window poem should lock for guest safety.

The place is private and the food tastes good; there are many parking spots that are spacious, and there are plenty of activities to choose from, such as making pizza, walking around the vegetable farm, and visiting the coffee plantation. The front yard of the accommodation is set up for daytime or nighttime events. The air is cool and comfortable all day, even during the rainy season. The only downside is that there are a few power outlets, but the resort is about to renovate the area soon and will be back to normal service in no time before the winter season.
